Role Overview: We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our Financial Planning team in Leeds as an IFA Administrator. You will provide full administrative support to Financial Planners and build relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities (e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes).
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required).
  • Maintain back‐office systems and client records in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working within Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds (preferable but not essential).
  • Ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong ethic of client service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
