Your Role: Investment Management Associate

As an Investment Management Associate, you\'ll work with private individuals, charities, and institutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You\'ll learn how to:

  • Assess global economic strategies
  • Understand asset classes and investment styles
  • Build bespoke, high-performing portfolios
  • Evaluate risk and deliver client-focused solutions

You\'ll gain hands-on experience while studying for the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and CISI\'s Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification, supported by our expert Learning & Development team.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Supporting portfolio reviews and investment analysis
  • Attending investment meetings and briefings
  • Drafting client communications and performance summaries
  • Collaborating with Financial Planners, Tax Advisers, and Solicitors
  • Managing client trades and liaising with operations team

Who We\'re Looking For

We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are:

  • On track for or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above
  • Have 112 UCAS points from top 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies)
  • Hold GCSE Grade 5 (or B) in English Language and Maths
  • Eager to complete the IAD and CISI qualifications
  • Passionate about finance, people, and making a difference
