Your Role: Financial Planning Associate

As a Graduate, you’ll join our expert Financial Planning team, working with individuals, families, and businesses to build tailored financial plans that support their goals and prepare for the unexpected. You’ll learn how to:

  • Assess a client’s full financial picture
  • Build flexible, goal-oriented plans
  • Recommend services and products that deliver long-term value
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Investment Management

You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying for the Personal Finance Society Diploma (DipPFS), with the opportunity to progress to Chartered Financial Planner status through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting qualified Financial Planners with client work
  • Preparing and reviewing financial plans
  • Drafting client communications and valuation packs
  • Attending client meetings and helping preserve and grow their wealth
  • Collaborating with other advisers across the business

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are:

  • On track for or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above
  • Have UCAS points from top A-levels
  • Hold GCSE Grade 5 (or B) in English Language and Maths
  • Committed to completing DipPFS and progressing to Chartered status
  • Passionate about helping people make confident financial decisions
