Your Role: Financial Planning Associate
As a Graduate, you’ll join our expert Financial Planning Team, working with individuals, families and businesses to build tailored financial plans that support their goals and readiness for the unexpected. You’ll learn how to:

• Assess a client’s full financial picture
• Build flexible, goal-oriented plans
• Recommend services and products that deliver long-term value
• Collaborate with colleagues in Investment Management

You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying for the Personal Finance Society Diploma (DipPFS), with the opportunity to progress to Chartered Financial Planner status through the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting qualified Financial Planners with client work
• Preparing and reviewing financial plans
• Drafting client communications and valuation packs
• Attending client meetings and helping preserve and grow their wealth
• Collaborating with other advisers across the business

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are:

• On track for or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above
• Have UCAS points from top 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies)
• Hold GCSE Grade 5 (or B) in English Language and Maths
• Committed to completing DipPFS and progressing to Chartered status
• Passionate about helping people make confident financial decisions
