Your Role: Financial Planning Associate
As a graduate, you’ll join our expert Financial Planning team, working with individuals, families, and businesses to build tailored financial plans that support their goals and prepare for the unexpected. You’ll learn how to:
- Assess a client’s full financial picture
- Build flexible, goal-oriented plans
- Recommend services and products that deliver long-term value
- Collaborate with colleagues in Investment Management
You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying for the Personal Finance Society Diploma (DipPFS), with the opportunity to progress to Chartered Financial Planner status through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting qualified Financial Planners with client work
- Preparing and reviewing financial plans
- Drafting client communications and valuation packs
- Attending client meetings and helping preserve and grow their wealth
- Collaborating with other advisers across the business
Qualifications
- We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are on track for or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above
- Have 112 UCAS points from top 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies)
- Hold GCSE Grade 5 (or B) in English Language and Maths
- Committed to completing DipPFS and progressing to Chartered status
- Passionate about helping people make confident financial decisions
