We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director Financial Planner - Team Head in Edinburgh. As the leader of our financial planning team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward their financial goals while managing and developing a high-performing team of financial planners.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial planners, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Stay current with market trends, tax laws, and regulatory changes to inform financial planning strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wealth management solutions
- Set and monitor team performance goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of new financial planning products and services
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification required; additional certifications such as CFA or ChFC preferred
