Read more about us and available career opportunities here: and Job Description What will you be doing? To provide full administrative support to Tax Advisors and/or Tax Senior Management. This will enable the team to provide the delivery of accurate, comprehensive advice to clients and a first class level of service. Some of your responsibilities will be to: To work closely with the Tax teams to deliver first class service to clients. Managing the Client Onboarding and AML Remediationprocesses, including data collection and liaising with the central onboarding team when required. Assist with billing processes, including WIP management and debt collection. Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies. Provide daily administration support, which may include liaising with clients and HMRC. Management and processing of various annual tax return processes. Preparation of meeting packs. Assist in the preparation of pitch reports for new client opportunities. Prioritise workloads to ensure all activites are met in a timely manner. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: good academic record including 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths, and min AAA) good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Excel, Word, Adobe, experienced IT user with intermediate Excel skills Strong numerical skills, able to demonstrate understanding of financial terms Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Team player, but with the ability to work and manage their own work Ability to liaise with senior members of the business in a confident and professional manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy for all record keeping and reporting. Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
