We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Belfast. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners and building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and keep regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams for support activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, etc.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
  • Assist investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in the wealth management industry.
  • Support experience for Financial Advisors throughout end-to-end processes.
  • Experience dealing with HNW clients.
  • Knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, Pensions, GIA, Offshore and Onshore bonds.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan workload effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills using judgment and reasoning.
