Job Description

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Management team in London. You will build and develop trusted relationships with clients, providing wide‑range support and assistance with the management of client portfolios. This role offers senior‑level exposure, being client‑facing and working alongside experienced high‑profile IM partners. You will learn and develop quickly from senior leaders in a dynamic, fast‑paced team.

Responsibilities

  • Support client needs and manage portfolios, including dealing, in line with your competency status.
  • Assist in preparing for client review meetings, providing support and basic analysis as required.
  • Prepare presentations, investment proposals and pitches.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records, accurate and up to date, following Group policy.
  • Handle complaints by raising them with the Client Resolution team promptly and assisting in satisfactory resolution.
  • Understand the sector, provide appropriate recommendations and collaborate with sector specialists; construct materials for analysis and communication to Investment Managers.
