We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Bracknell, which is responsible for providing administration support to the business on a wide range of activities in respect of the core providers used by Evelyn Partners. Your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Manage and process all aspects of administration on the BestSIPP Proposition
  • Manage client’s cash flow with Key SIPP providers to ensure withdrawals and investments are processed accurately in a timely manner
  • Managing the SIPP and Provider Administration mailboxes daily and responding to queries within the agreed SLA and checking of SIPP provider forms
  • Process agency transfers for clients resulting from acquisitions and legal entity mergers
  • Update the CRM system to maintain a clear audit trail
  • Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with providers and operational colleagues while adhering to regulatory standards

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous operational experience within the financial services industry
  • Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems and highly proficient using Excel
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills being able to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience with 3rd Party providers portals and functionality
  • A desire to further development and to undertake relevant examinations. Certificate in Financial Administration (CF1) or equivalent
  • For candidates with no relevant experience, GCSE’s (or equivalent) at level C or higher in relevant subject
