The Client Administrator will join our Financial Planning team, in which you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

As a Client Administrator at Evelyn Partners you will be supported to grow personally and professionally, you will have access to a structured training programme offering Training & Competency oversight to excel personal development. We encourage continuous professional development via ongoing studying and qualifications, we also have a team of experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers which you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from.

Your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have previous experience working within Financial Planning Client Administration
  • Possess strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments
  • Have an ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Exhibit a strong ethic of client service
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Show the ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills
