We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team as we expand into 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing EV Charge Points in both domestic and commercial environments across the South East (Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & Kent). We also undertake general electrical works across Sussex, so experience in EICRs and fault finding is advantageous.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in renewable electrical work or a wish to diversify and grow into the renewable sector and contribute to diverse projects within a small team.

Duties:
  • Installing EV Charge Points in domestic and commercial settings.
  • Completing EIC Certification for completed projects.
  • Assisting with Solar & battery storage installations.
  • General electrical works of EICRs, fault finding and minor installations.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience installing EV Charge Points, both Single Phase & Three Phase supplies.
  • Demonstrable electrical experience, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technology and renewable energy systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid UK driving licence is preferred for site travel responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if required.

  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 C&G Test & Inspection
  • Level 3 NVQ AM2 (Desirable)
  • 2921-34 C&G Car Charging
