Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Delivery – NPD, Change Management and Gifting
• Support and lead end-to-end product delivery for NPD, Change Management, and Gifting/Local Activation as the primary bridge between the brand and manufacturers to drive launch plans.
• Confidently manage and challenge suppliers where necessary to ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate third-party partners and test houses, ensuring quality standards meet both brand and local market requirements.
• Maintain CPAs to ensure projects meet timelines, targets, and budgets, while working closely with teams across China and Europe to execute all phases of the project lifecycle seamlessly.
• Provide day-to-day support to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
• Global & CN Artwork Support
• Collaborate with Design and Regulatory teams to manage the development of English primary and secondary packaging (bottles, boxes, etc.).
• Work closely with the Regulatory and Technical Information Manager in China and the UK to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Market Insight, Vendor Analysis & Strategic Planning
• Support the Global NPD Director and Senior NPD Manager in monitoring and analysing overseas skincare market trends and consumer behaviour to identify white space opportunities across different categories.
• Identify and shortlist cutting-edge technical proposals (e.g., advanced formulations, sustainable packaging, or delivery systems) that align with the brand’s DNA and present them to the product team for future development.
• Operational, Sales and Commercial Ad-Hoc Support
• Documentation and process management.
• Track and monitor costs to ensure global budgetary control.
• Confidently manage project trackers and feed critical information into the business.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational NPD queries, new line form information, and ad-hoc requests.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in NPD, ideally within beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands; global or regional exposure is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality in execution.
• Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury brands.
• SKINCARE industry experience is a MUST
