Key responsibility for Field Sales representative role:
- Works closely with Sales Director to create and implement retail strategy in the UK market.
- Spends three days a week in store directly driving sales and representing the brand.
- Works with sales team to set retail sales targets for stores and freelancers.
- Responsible for hiring, training and managing the Freelance Field Team
- Manages local relationships with Department Managers
- Manages VM implementation and store standards in store
- Manages staff incentives and gratis for Freelancer team
- Monitors stock levels in store and communicate issues to Sales Team
- Ensures the implementation of trade marketing activations in all stores alongside the Marketing and Sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the retail industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven expertise in sales and customer engagement
