- Klaviyo Super User: You are highly proficient in using Klaviyo to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with hands-on experience building and optimizing lifecycle flows, segmentation, and testing.
- Experience in managing Gorgias and Yopto applications: A strong bonus (Customer Service, Loyalty, Reviews).
