Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a conveyancing Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client communications, organizing documents, and assisting with legal and conveyancing tasks. The role requires a combination of on-site work at our Hope location and remote work from home on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills, including document organization and scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of legal and conveyancing procedures
- Proficiency in office software and technologies
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Relevant degree or qualification in administration, legal studies, or related field is beneficial
- Previous Conveyancing experience preferred
