About Evdemic

Evdemic is building EVReady, a readiness assessment and governance framework designed to help organisations demonstrate readiness before rollout. The framework supports EV infrastructure, fleet electrification, workplace charging and wider EV adoption programmes through structured readiness reviews, ownership mapping and deployment governance.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to support pilot engagements and help shape the future delivery model of EVReady.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pilot mobilisation and planning activities
  • Coordinate readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate workshops and readiness review sessions
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues and actions
  • Coordinate client stakeholders and delivery resources
  • Support readiness gate reviews and recommendations
  • Ensure pilot deliverables are completed to a high standard

Essential Experience (all three preferred)

  • Programme, Project or Delivery Leadership: Experience leading complex programmes, operational change initiatives, infrastructure projects or transformation workstreams.
  • Operational Readiness / Mobilisation: Experience supporting deployment readiness, service mobilisation, go-live governance, rollout planning or operational implementation.
  • EV, Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, Transport or Similar Sectors: Experience working within operationally complex environments involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.

  • Strong workshop facilitation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management capability
  • Able to challenge assumptions and drive accountability
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working with senior executives and programme sponsors
