Evdemic is developing EVReady, a readiness assessment and governance framework designed to help organisations demonstrate readiness before rollout. EVReady focuses on ensuring that operational, technical, commercial and ownership requirements are properly understood and evidenced before deployment, helping reduce risk and improve delivery outcomes across EV infrastructure, fleet electrification, workplace charging and wider EV adoption programmes.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of pilot readiness assessments within the UK EV sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
  • Map current-state and future-state operational processes
  • Identify ownership gaps, deployment risks and operational dependencies
  • Gather and analyse evidence to support readiness assessments
  • Produce readiness maps, ownership maps and readiness scorecards
  • Support workshops and readiness review sessions
  • Contribute to final readiness reports and recommendations

Essential Experience (all three preferred)

  • Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Experience documenting operational processes, workflows, customer journeys or transformation programmes.
  • Operational Readiness / Transformation: Experience supporting operational change, programme delivery, service mobilisation, rollout readiness or governance reviews.
  • Infrastructure, Energy, EV, Utilities or Complex Operations: Experience working within EV charging, energy, infrastructure, transport, utilities, fleet operations or similar operational environments.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent workshop and interview skills
  • Able to identify risks, dependencies and ownership issues
  • Comfortable working in early-stage and ambiguous environments
  • Experience producing executive-level outputs and recommendations
