Evdemic is developing EVReady — a readiness governance framework designed to help EV infrastructure and charging programmes verify operational readiness, assign ownership, and scale deployment safely before expansion.

As EV infrastructure rollout accelerates, many organisations are facing growing challenges around deployment coordination, operational accountability, uptime readiness, supplier alignment, and scalable operations. EVReady addresses this by introducing structured readiness stages and formal deployment gates that help organisations move from rollout to reliable operation with greater confidence and governance.

We are currently looking for an experienced and commercially aware professional to help support early EVReady adoption across the EV ecosystem.

The Role

This is a flexible early-stage role focused on helping Evdemic:

  • Build relationships across the EV ecosystem
  • Identify pilot and partnership opportunities
  • Introduce EVReady to relevant organisations
  • Support conversations around rollout readiness and operational governance
  • Help shape the framework using real-world deployment insight

This role is particularly suited to someone with experience in:

  • EV infrastructure deployment
  • Charge point operations
  • Fleet electrification
  • Operational readiness
  • Infrastructure rollout programmes
  • Operational resilience or governance
Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with EV infrastructure stakeholders
  • Introduce potential pilot opportunities
  • Support strategic partnership conversations
  • Contribute operational insight into EVReady development
  • Help position EVReady within real-world deployment environments
  • Represent Evdemic professionally across industry conversations and networks
Ideal Background

We are particularly interested in people who have worked in or alongside:

  • Charge Point Operators (CPOs)
  • EV infrastructure deployment programmes
  • Fleet electrification initiatives
  • Energy or infrastructure operations
  • Operational readiness / governance environments
  • Large-scale rollout or transition programmes

Strong industry relationships and practical operational insight are highly valued.

Engagement Structure

Flexible collaboration structures available, including:

  • Advisory
  • Partnership
  • Commission-based
  • Project-based
  • Fractional involvement

This is an opportunity to help shape an emerging operational readiness framework at an early stage of development.

About EVReady

EVReady is an operational readiness framework developed by Evdemic. It introduces structured readiness stages, ownership mapping, and deployment governance to help EV programmes move from implementation to reliable operation and scalable growth. Progression is earned, not assumed.

To Express Interest

Please reach out with:

  • a short introduction
  • relevant experience
  • LinkedIn profile or CV
  • and any areas of interest within EV infrastructure or operational readiness

We are especially interested in speaking with thoughtful operators, rollout professionals, and industry connectors who believe readiness should become a formal part of EV deployment and scaling.
