An exciting opportunity has arisen for substantive Health Care Assistants to join our experienced and supportive team within the Respite residential Services located in North Birmingham. We offer short breaks for adults with learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge and/or complex health care needs. The North Birmingham unit has 8 inpatient beds, where we offer a high standard of nursing care, assessment, monitoring and review. Our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and our staff work shift patterns including weekends, Bank Holidays and nights.

You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients including personal care, daily activities, and assisting service users to lead a more fulfilled life.
