The Cluster Administrator is an exciting position supporting city‑wide District Nursing Teams with the administrative functions that enable clinical care to be delivered in patient homes. The post will mainly be based at Blakesley District Nursing team, with travel to other planned community nursing teams within the East locality as required.
Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Multi‑Disciplinary Team, including typing letters, minutes of meetings and other documentation.
- Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documents and staff documentation.
- Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing supplies.
- Answer non‑clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from Nursing Staff.
