Administrator – Rehabilitation Services

We are looking for an entry‑level admin to provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the departments within the Rehabilitation Services at BCHC.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team and carry out administrative duties on a day‑to‑day basis, covering essential operational duties in the absence of colleagues.
• Ensure all equipment or technology processes are completed timely, accurately, and that identified information systems are consistently updated to agreed standards.
• Support clinicians with identified administration tasks.
• Produce correspondence, reports, presentations or spreadsheets, ensuring all documents are accurate and produced to a high standard.
• Co‑ordinate and book patient appointments.
• Ensure clinic or available appointment slots are fully utilised as far as possible within the remit of the role.
• On a daily basis, make and receive telephone calls to/from patients, staff and external organisations, ensuring any actions are dealt with appropriately.
