Join us as a Inventory Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end stock and inventory strategy and streamline purchasing processes, ensuring patients receive timely and affordable access to medication. You will play a critical role in optimizing inventory flow, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. You will report directly to the Financial Director and be part of a team of 4 pharmacy dispersers . As an Inventory Operations Manager at Evaro, you will: Monitor inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery and prevent shortages or overstock Manage relationships with existing suppliers (11+) Ensure delivery deadlines are met Track stock data to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable deals Maintain accurate inventory systems using digital tools and software Forecast demand and assess product expiry risks (1–3 years shelf life) Conduct random audits to ensure physical stock matches system records Manage limited physical space efficiently through stock optimization strategies Collaborate with other teams to adjust forecasts as needed to meet business goals.
