Join us as a Pharmacy Dispenser to help us give patients all around the UK the ability to take control and access their healthcare. You will play a critical role and be instrumental to the dispensary process by ensuring safe and accurate dispensing from our bespoke, modern pharmaceutical warehouse.
As a Pharmacy Dispenser at Evaro, you will:
- Safe dispensing and labelling drugs from stock.
- Drug ordering, unpacking, date checking and stock rotation to help maintain pharmacy inventory.
- Dealing with patient queries via telephone, email and live chat and referring to the relevant clinician when necessary. (There is no face-to-face contact as we are exclusively an online-based service).
- Helping customers place medication requests and taking payments.
- Adhering to all dispensary standard operating procedures that you will be trained in.
Duties in this role do NOT include: Interacting with patients face to face, no methadone service, and no dosette boxes.
