Our journey
Evaro was founded in 2018 by Dr Thuria Wenbar, and Dr Oskar Wenbar after realising that 25% of Accident & Emergency (A&E) consultations and 40% of General Practice (GP) appointments focused on minor health conditions. Starting as an online service for e-Surgery and e-Pharmacy, Evaro has since expanded its offerings to support 13.5 million patients across NHS and private healthcare services in the UK.

Join us as a Digital Designer to drive brand growth and patient engagement through innovative visual storytelling and creative campaigns across online channels. You will play a critical role and be instrumental in shaping compelling brand experiences as we expand our B2B creative work and digital initiatives.
You will report directly to Renita Sequeira, the Marketing Manager and be part of a collaborative Marketing team.
Working Pattern
This is a part-time role, 3 days per week.
The working hours are fixed: 9:00am – 1:00pm.
You can choose which 3 weekdays (Mon–Fri) you’d like to work.
As a Digital Designer at Evaro, you will:
- Create high-quality graphics and layouts using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
- Develop engaging and original content for use across social media platforms.
- Produce and edit short‑ and long‑form video for social media ads and company campaigns.
- Create and edit animated content for ads, presentations, and social channels (animation skills are a bonus).
- Design supporting content for blog posts to strengthen SEO efforts.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns to engage our audience.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimise results.
- Support print marketing needs (vouchers, packaging, stickers, etc.).
- Contribute to podcast production: coordinate with stakeholders, assist with shoots, and edit episodes.
About you:
Core Design Skills
- High proficiency in Figma- including components, variants, auto-layout, and asset libraries.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Ability to create responsive, mobile-first designs across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Experience working with brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable components.
- Strong ability to interpret a design brief and deliver effective solutions.
- Skilled in designing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics for short-form content.
- Experience collaborating with external brands to develop design solutions.
- Ability to design email marketing campaigns (layout, imagery, accessibility).
Bonus / Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of file organisation and version control within shared design systems.
- Familiarity with Canva, VEED, or other quick-turnaround content tools.
- Understanding of social media trends and how to apply them to brand design.
- Experience in illustration, photography, or animation.
- Ability to design sales pitch presentations that communicate compelling design solutions.
