Join us as a Clinical Assistant to help us on our journey to providing quick and easy access to digital healthcare. You will play a critical role and be instrumental in the Customer Service team, and help maintain excellent patient relations throughout customer experience as we scale. You will report directly to Bradley Rope and be part of a team of 15 people.
As a Clinical Assistant at Evaro, you will:
- Respond to patient and customer queries using Zoho Desk.
- Ensure that raised queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Handle both inbound and outbound phone correspondence via Zoho Desk and CRM.
- Deliver quick responses to patients via our live chat service.
- Be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Use/learn to use AI and LLMs to help facilitate your workload.
