We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Day Shift Janitorial Specialist to maintain our facility to the highest cleanliness standards. This role is responsible for ensuring all office areas, common spaces, and customer-facing environments remain pristine throughout the day while providing exceptional service with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness throughout office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
- Perform regular spot cleaning of break areas, marketing centers, and cafeteria spaces.
- Continuously monitor and replenish paper products and supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and other areas.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spill incidents during business hours.
- Communicate facility issues, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to the Facilities Supervisor.
- Assist other janitorial team members in various areas of the building as needed.
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with employees and customers.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Support special events or meetings with additional cleaning services as required.
- Work collaboratively as part of the facilities team to ensure all areas meet quality standards.
Qualifications
