- Make quality checks to ensure materials, parts and process are compliant with engineering requirements
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance PM’s that are the operators’ responsibility
- Complete all production and quality documentation
- Able to make stop and mandrel adjustments to produce quality bends of tube
- Able to operate controls
- Manage production workload to minimize tooling changes and maximize throughput

- Able to complete all documents pertaining to the process
- Safe operation of all overhead lifting cranes and jib booms
- Basic shop math (i. e. add/subtract/divide/multiply, whole numbers and fractions)
- Read a tape measure to within 1/16”
- A general understanding of common hand tools is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to read and understand all engineering prints related to the process

- Manufacturing environment
- Continuous standing, squatting, bending, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday
- Lifting of 50 lbs. or less
- Wear PPE when required – Manufacturing Areas
- Shift work, days, (Monday through Friday) or nights (Monday through Thursday) and some Saturday’s and Sunday’s
- Assist in other areas of the shop when needed
