We support individuals to continue living safely, independently and comfortably in their own homes. We are now recruiting dedicated Care Workers to join our growing team in the High Wycombe area.
The Role
As a Care Worker, you will be visiting service users in their homes to provide care and support tailored to their individual needs. This may include:
Personal care and hygiene support
Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
Assisting with medication prompts
Companionship and emotional support
Light household tasks
Supporting independence and wellbeing
What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants with or without previous care experience. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
We are looking for individuals who are:
Caring, patient and respectful
Reliable and committed to helping others
Able to work flexibly, including some weekends
Able to travel in the High Wycombe area (driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred)

Requirements
Right to work in the UK is essential
Enhanced DBS check required (we can support with application if needed)
- Competitive hourly pay rate of £12.21 to £13.20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
- Holiday pay.
- Flexible hours: early shifts, late shifts, long days, waking night and sleep-in.
- DBS support if you are not on the update service.
- Support with mandatory training.
- A personal service with a dedicated recruitment consultant.
