We are looking for a Delivery Manager with good years of delivery management experience and a strong background in Social Program Management (SPM) implementations within complex digital delivery environments. The ideal candidate will operate at SFIA Level 5 (Ensure, Advise) and will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of Agile teams, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires a hands-on delivery leader who can manage scrum teams, dependencies, risks, and governance, while promoting continuous improvement and agile ways of working. Experience in the public sector, particularly social welfare programs, is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Delivery Management within SPM implementations
- Manage end-to-end ITSM service delivery for live applications, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.
- Drive ITIL-based process improvements and service maturity enhancements.
- Proven experience managing Scrum teams and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Good understanding of SPM platforms and implementation lifecycle.
- Experience in planning, forecasting, and managing delivery roadmaps.
- Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Defect Management processes aligned to ITIL best practices.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and service issues.
- Ensure timely resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and complex delivery environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, AWS, DevOps.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks and delivery governance.
- Exposure to public sector digital delivery (preferred).
