What does the role of Workshop Supervisor involve?
- Accounting for and managing Technicians’ time when working on jobs.
- Ensuring Job Card write-up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.
- Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician.
- Identifying Technician Training Needs.
What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Supervisor?
- Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
- An excellent understanding of systems and processes operated within this environment.
- A strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Confident with dealing with people at all levels, able to build an immediate rapport.
