We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Workshop Controller. In this role, you will be a key influencer working closely with the Service Reception and Parts Teams. Join us on this fantastic journey—possibilities are endless.

What does the role of Workshop Controller involve?

  • Assist in maintaining progress information against job allocation, ensure all paperwork is completed to standard, and passed on to relevant teams.
  • Assist and advise team members with technical and job-related problems.
  • Coach workshop apprentices as needed.
  • Ensure the customer always comes first.

What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Controller?

  • Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
  • Excellent understanding of systems and processes in this environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Confidence in dealing with people at all levels and building rapport quickly.
