Part Time - 20 Hours per week (Rota TBC)

Basic salary of £12,698, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

As a Sales Administrator at BYD, you’ll ensure all vehicle orders, registrations, and handover documentation is completed on time and to the highest standard, supporting our sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively to get things right first time for our customers.

Your Journey as a Sales Administrator:

  • Ensure all vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up to date, helping deliver a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
  • Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, handling documentation with precision to guarantee everything is completed correctly the first time.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the entire sales process — from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
  • Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties efficiently, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records across all systems.
