We’re looking for someone to truly make an impact and bring our vision to life, forging long-lasting customer relationships and delivering a great experience every time.
Our Associates are what set us apart; they make a difference to our environment, our customers, and their experience. As a Vehicle Progressor, you’ll manage the cosmetic reconditioning of all vehicles delivered to your site, completing the final quality check and photography, ready for our customers.
What does the role of Vehicle Progressor involve?
- Ensure that all vehicles arriving on site for sale are processed according to Evans Halshaw operating standards, managing vehicle status within our Pinnacle database.
- Work with the Service department to identify, process, and complete all stock requiring preparation, ensuring maximum efficiency of mechanical and cosmetic preparation through the workshop.
- Liaise with the Sales department, Smart teams, and third-party suppliers to coordinate any required bodyshop repairs in line with standards.
- Work with the valet team to ensure all vehicles are valeted to the highest standards.
- Conduct quality checks on all used vehicles ready for sale, ensuring they meet Evans Halshaw preparation standards, and complete all photography and video requirements.
What qualities do I need to succeed in the Vehicle Progressor role?
- A passion for delivering exceptionally high standards.
- Experience within an automotive or retail merchandising environment, with knowledge of managing products through quality standards in a supply chain.
- IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
