The predicted salary is between 28000 - 30000 £ per year.

Basic salary of £29,741.40, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll support both the Sales and Service departments, helping to create a seamless customer experience by ensuring every customer receives a friendly welcome and outstanding support throughout their journey with us. In this customer-facing role, you'll play a key part in supporting daily operations, responding to customer enquiries, improving follow-up processes, and building lasting relationships that help the business earn customers for life.

Your Journey as a Customer Service Assistant:

  • Be the first point-of-contact for customers entering the dealership, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment and directing customers to the right department depending on their needs.
  • Support customers through multiple communication channels, guaranteeing queries are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining consistent communication throughout the customers’ journey.
  • Assist with customer follow-up activities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention using various metrics.
  • Escalate complex customer queries and complaints to the appropriate manager or department.
  • Support the Service Department with the morning arrival process, booking activities and other administrative tasks required to help maintain an efficient customer journey.
  • Assist the Sales Department with vehicle handovers, vehicle photography and stock management while providing additional administrative support to maintain an accurate and appealing retailer shop window.
  • Work collaboratively across both the Sales and Service Department to deliver a seamless customer experience at every stage of the journey.
