As a Service Leader/ Manager, you’ll manage our Service Department, leading your team and maintaining standards, whilst ensuring our customers drive away happy.
What does the role of Service Leader involve?
- Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to both manufacturer and company standards
- Manage the Service department’s budgets, accounts and costs, whilst maximising efficiency and profitability via labour sales, parts and materials
- Review pricing policies and ensure appropriate legislation is adhered to
- Lead your Service Team, motivating and coaching to over-achieve targets and KPIs
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety processes
- Enhance customer service levels to achieve a fantastic CSI score for your department
