Join us as a Parts Supervisor – on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.
What does the role of Parts Supervisor involve?
- Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products.
- Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs.
- Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query.
What do you need to succeed as Parts Supervisor?
- Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face.
- Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
- People-focused and an inspirational team player.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Customer facing experience and be proficient in IT systems and packages.
