Your Journey as a Sales Administrator
- Ensure all vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up to date, helping deliver a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
- Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, handling documentation with precision to guarantee everything is completed correctly the first time.
- Work closely with the sales team to support the entire sales process — from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
- Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties efficiently, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records across all systems.
Qualifications
- A strong background in administration, ideally in a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems, through managing data, reporting, and documentation daily.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused whilst finding solutions quickly.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring every order, invoice, and documentation is exactly how it should be.
- Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous; however, this role would also be suitable for talented administrators from other sectors who are eager to learn.
