- Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
- Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
- Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
- Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
- Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
- Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to develop them
