As a Sales Manager, you will have the support of the Head of Business to develop, encourage, inspire, and enhance the team's current sales and success by providing the New Car Sales Team with the framework, guidance, assurance, and enthusiasm to optimise both individual and collective potential for unparalleled success.

Responsible for the implementation of compliance in regards to maintaining manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer, ensuring trust and integrity in all that we do.
