Responsibilities
- Ensure that all vehicles arriving on site for sale are processed as per the Evans Halshaw operating standard, managing vehicle status within our Pinnacle database.
- Process and complete all stock requiring preparation, ensuring maximum efficiency of mechanical and cosmetic preparation through the workshop.
- Liaise with the Sales department, Smart teams and third-party suppliers to coordinate any required body-shop repairs in line with agreed standards.
- Work with the valet team to ensure all vehicles are valeted to the highest standards.
- Quality check all used vehicles ready for sale, ensuring they are in line with the Evans Halshaw preparation standards, and complete all photography and video requirements.
- Processing of internal invoices.
Qualifications
- A passion for delivering exceptionally high standards.
- Experience within an automotive or retail merchandising environment, with knowledge of managing products through quality standards through a supply chain.
- IT, written and verbal skills.
- Ease with working under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational qualities and a great eye for detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Accounting for and managing Technicians time when working on jobs.
- Ensuring Job Card write-up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.
- Managing and improving workshop productivity and efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician.
- Identifying Technician Training Needs.
