What does the role of Parts Supervisor involve?

  • Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
  • Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products
  • Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs
  • Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query

What do you need to succeed as Parts Supervisor?

  • Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face
  • Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts
  • People-focused and an inspirational team player
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Customer facing experience and be proficient in IT systems and packages
