Base pay range
£80,000 basic, £120,000 OTE, company car, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, family health care, critical illness and life assurance schemes, exclusive discounts on new and used vehicles and aftersales services.

As Head of Business at Vauxhall/Citroen/DS – Cardiff , you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future. This is a large multi-brand site, selling both new and used retail and commercial vehicles. - Being accountable for delivering top financial results across each department, by offering a first-class experience for your associates and customers.
- Ensuring all processes and standards are met in line with FCA regulations, maintaining showroom excellence in line with manufacturer standards.
- Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver the same level of excellence throughout their respective teams.
- Lead from the front on all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour, and aftersales care.
- Recruit, develop and retain talented associates, motivating them to be the best they can be and supporting them with regular reviews, training, and progression plans.
- Build meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies, and procedures to an exceptional level.
