Our Evans Halshaw site in Grimsby - Hyundai are recruiting an Aftersales Leader to oversee their workshop, Service Advisors and parts department. We are looking for a candidate with past automotive aftersales experience. Customer focus and providing excellent customer service is key. You will be a very driven and commercially minded candidate and be very comfortable in a target driven environment.
What does the role of an Aftersales Leader involve?
- Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
- Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives.
- Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
- Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to.
- Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these.
- Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department.
What do you need to succeed as an Aftersales Leader?
- Experience in a target driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets.
- Passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention.
- Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation.
