Evans Halshaw Renault, Edinburgh is recruiting for a Parts Apprentice with a start date in September 2026. The position offers an apprentice salary, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Parts Apprentice, you’ll combine hands-on experience in our dealerships with structured training and the support of an experienced mentor. You don’t need previous experience in the automotive industry to apply. What will you be doing every day as a Parts Apprentice?

  • Learning and assisting with stock control, including preparing orders, organising deliveries, and working with online parts systems.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Developing a strong knowledge of motor vehicles through full-time mentoring from a qualified Parts Advisor.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across other departments to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
