We are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step up in their career. You will have the opportunity to lead a busy and successful Sales Team at KIA Hull. As a Sales Manager, you will have the support of the Head of Business to develop, encourage, inspire, and enhance the team’s current sales and success by providing the Sales Team with the framework, guidance, assurance, and enthusiasm to optimise both individual and collective potential for unparalleled success.

Your Journey as a General Sales Manager:

  • You will be the driving force behind your Sales Team, igniting their motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved.

  • Responsible for the implementation of compliance in regards to maintaining manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer.

  • You will ensure the dealership is well presented, making sure the site’s stock is well managed.
