Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products.
- Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for customers' needs.
- Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face.
- Experience in the motor industry and basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and parts location.
- People-focused and inspirational team player.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Customer-facing experience and proficiency in IT systems and packages.
