Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Workshop Controller. In this role, you are a key influencer who will work closely with both the Service Reception and Parts Teams. Become part of what is already a fantastic journey. The possibilities are endless.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting for and managing Technician time when working on jobs.
  • Ensuring job card write‑up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.
  • Managing and improving workshop productivity and efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician.
  • Identifying Technician training needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
  • An excellent understanding of systems and processes operated within this environment.
  • A strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Confident with dealing with people at all levels and able to build immediate rapport.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable in negotiating and influencing situations.
  • Lead by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.
