What does the role of Senior Service Advisor involve?
- Providing estimates, booking and scheduling service/repair work
- Advise a recommended course of action and accurately invoice for work carried out
- Ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value products
- Be a main point of contact and offering support and guidance to customers and managing customer complaints
- Work with the aftersales team providing coaching and support to ensure an efficient and seamless experience for our customers
- Deputise for the Service Leader
What do you need to succeed as a Senior Service Advisor?
- Previous/current Service Advisor experience from within the motor industry, knowledgeable of how the department can operate efficiently and effectively, supporting service advisors, training and upskilling
- Great organisation/admin skills and experience using computer systems
- Upselling experience as well as being comfortable in fast‑paced environment
- Able to maintain customer service levels whilst meeting KPI's and deadlines
