The predicted salary is between 26000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract with a £26,000 basic salary and OTE of £60,000. Benefits include a company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business.
  • Establishing wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business.
  • Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers.
  • Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget.
  • Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager.
  • Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to develop them.

Qualifications:

  • A high level of professional acumen and an outstanding work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly.
  • Influence and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers.
